Description Our client is looking for an experienced consultant to join their Factory Support team. In this role, you will provide IT support for factories operating around the clock, which requires a broad technical skill set and the ability to manage critical IT environments. You will be part of an established team of about ten people and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The position is located at our client's offices in Linköping (Mjärdevi), Stockholm (Solna), or Karlskoga, with some possibility for remote work.

Responsibilities As a consultant in factory support, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring stable operation of IT environments. The work includes incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in complex environments with a focus on infrastructure, networks, and systems. You will coordinate cases and communicate continuously with factories, suppliers, and other involved parties to ensure quick and effective handling of incidents. The role is characterized by a fast pace, teamwork, and a clear service focus.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to meet the following requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support

• Experience in systematic troubleshooting

• Experience working with ticketing systems

• Good knowledge of infrastructure and server environments in Windows and Linux

• Experience with databases and storage

• Knowledge of networking

• Ability to work systematically with documentation

• Strong service mindset and experience working in teams

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Comfortable with shift work

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in incident management

• Experience in monitoring and operating ERP systems

• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, ITIL, and ServiceNow

• Experience with IFS, BizTalk, as well as Print and Label print solutions

Conditions The assignment covers approximately 100% employment rate starting March 1, 2026, and lasts until December 31, 2026. The work will primarily take place at our client's location in either Solna, Linköping, or Karlskoga, with some possibility for remote work. Shift work is included as support is currently provided 24/5 and eventually on weekends. Travel to other locations may occur.
